What is an Enlightened Home Chef?

Your thoughts continue to expand deeply into the Universe

You are as endless as is the Creator who made you.

An Enlightened Home Chef is a new breed of chef, a specialist who understands  what is in food, where to shop for organic foods, and how to prepare it to prevent disease.

 We’ve done the research.

We understand the results.

Nutrition is number one to build

health and vitality.

The right balance and combination of nutrients creates balanced

chemistry and balanced lives.

We build immunity one meal at a time.

Healthy immunity defeats virus, bacteria, inflammatory disease and autoimmune disorders.

Our food choices can result in pain-free, satisfying, long, purposeful lives.

An Enlightened Home Chef wants

TO SERVE - all those for whom we love to cook.

How can YOU become

an Enlightened Home Chef?

Some little known facts:

Did you know?

Cheap foods are actually expensive.  They rob people of health and life.

Did you know?

The average age of medical doctors (who promote toxic vegetable oils) is 63.

The average age of Cordon Bleu chefs (who use butter and olive oil and lots of varieties of animal and poultry liver pate) is 94.

WE ACKNOWLEDGE A GLOBAL CRISIS

For the first time in human history, in 2002, the World Health Organization (WHO) found that autoimmune disorders exceed infectious diseases. As much as 80% of all illnesses are caused by food allergies and sensitivities. Much food is grown in toxic soils and processed in toxic ways. For examples, sick animals are slaughtered in inhumane ways. Our buying power is our vote against manufacturing practices that are lethal to all living creatures.  Each of us can make a remarkable difference for our children and all generations to come.

OUR PURPOSE:

To share knowledge about how food preparation affects health.  To show how to properly work with healthy oils and to understand how much protein is needed to build strong immunity.

OUR GOALS:

To train teaching chefs for Continuing Adult Education at high schools and Colleges.

To establish a Wellness Mindset in the home.

To set up independent learning centres.

To offer instruction to professional chefs on balanced nutrition, and ways to regain and retain vibrancy.

The faces of our chefs radiate health and energy. Light comes from your heart through your hands into the food. Thus, flavor in life is created by the thoughts we choose to believe.  In a series of classes you will learn to embrace all that is good in world cuisine. Be inspired with quotations at the bottom of recipes. Do they not uplift your mind and soul?  Get back to basics. Maintain your lifelong journey to keep good health and happiness.
