"What is holistic cooking?"

 

1.   Use of water filters to get rid of toxic lead, chlorides and fluorides in tap water.  Check out utopic water on google. Alkaline drinks such as herbal teas or green drinks such as Barley Life ® or Green’s Plus (R), plus alkaline foods such as organic vegetables and whole fruit assist blood viscosity to stay thin. Adequate water and fiber prevent blood clots to the brain, heart or lungs. Good clean water helps your kidneys excrete 80% of toxins from your body. The average person now has 267 toxic chemicals in their blood. Get a filter that protects you. You are 70% water. Hydration is the first step to healiing. 

 

2.  Use the only metal the body will not reject, the only metal that can stop gas and bloating, and the only pots and pans that do not contaminate the taste, where kids ask for third helpings of vegetables because they taste so sweet and good and are cooked at the right temperatures. Invest in surgical stainless steel. It improves health and pleasure.  Second best is anodized pots and pans. In current chef’s colleges all over the world, big heavy banged up aluminum pots are used. Aluminum is a toxic metal, known to accumulate in the brain causing death by Alzheimer’s disease. 3.  Refuse to use microwave ovens. (See FAQ)

 

4.  Use healing sugars only. Stevia is the sweetest herb in the world and is safe to use to reduce carbohydrates. Use this naturally green powder in chocolate and molasses recipes by the teaspoon. It appears expensive but it isn't. You will create a beautifully balanced meal with it to prevent diabetes and brain disorders. Xylitol is white (from birch bark) and is safe to replace white sugar cup for cup when you want to keep the lcolor light, for example lemon or white, or you want to keep necessary volume to cover the surface properly. For liquid sweeteners, for polysaccarides to heal body communication systems, as well as to get alkaline minerals, calcium and potassium, as well as iron to prevent anemia, use raw honey, pure maple syrup, rice syrup, or organic molasses.  Try molasses in your next cup of dessert tea. 5. Use healing fats and oils that work with your liver to detoxify your body. Healing fats are cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, virgin or extra virgin coconut oil and milk, grass fed butter and organic animal fats with have CLA, vitamin A and D3 (a hormone). Unfortunately, vegetable oils do not have any vitamin A or D, and cannot heal inflammatory disease such as cancer.  Raw milk cheese, butter and cream heals. 6. Get adequate protein first. Protein deficiency is rampid and evidenced by a lack of energy. To get adequate protein, take your desired body weight and divide it by half. That is the number of grams of protein one needs to sustain lean body mass, hormones and metabolic enzymes in a sedentary lifestyle. More is needed after four hours of activity. The result will be the you will balance your hormones and have happier relationships because you are chemically balanced. Rebuild cellular structure for your best beauty, health and strength. Provide genetic integrity for the next generation.

 

7. Use of salt with trace minerals and sea vegetables. Sixty trace minerals allow 13 vitamins to work. Reduce food cravings, criminal behavior, and finally death by unknown causes. Lack of trace minerals in farmlands are being recovered with sea vegetables added to fertilizers. Buy salt from the ocean, or from mountainous areas, such as the Himalayan Mountains that are constantly pushing up minerals from depths of the earth.  

           

8. Nutritional analysis. Find out if your family favorites are balanced. Ask restaurants to show calories, protein, fat and carbohydrate, and their balance. Find out how much potassium there is to balance the sodium values, as both are needed to help you absorb all other nutrients into every cell. Potassium is inside every cell for cellular intelligence, sodium is in the blood. Chloride makes the salty taste, needed for the stomach to digest protein. Salt free is not good. Get just the right amount of sodium, 600 - 800 mg. per meal. Not too much, not too little. Get what you need.

 

9. Use herbal teas. The following four herbal teas will make all the difference in your world. Relax with:

    1. Raspberry leaf tea and molasses: “Provides hormonal balance for your thyroid           and  gonads,  ideal  for the persimmon shaped, broad-shouldered, tiny-bummed thyroid body types, plus the pear shaped gonadal body types. 

     2. Fenugreek and spice tea with molasses for skinny banana-shaped pituitary types and to prevent diabetes.
