Dear Ingrid and staff,

Thank you for a lovely Christmas card with an angel standing in the midst of a field of cows. It is a beautiful and unusual card indeed to add to our collection. PETA is not that angel as you might hope to be unless you change your shopping list a little bit.

Your political stand against dairy products reflected in the attached vegan dairy-free and egg-free recipes is very offensive to me as a nutrition consultant.  Pesticides on top of phony vegetable fats like margarine are a devil’s brew. Lack of probiotics in pasteurized dairy is the root cause of increasing autism. One baby in 94 is now autistic. Raw milk cures it.   My recipes will be adjusted to have real organic turkey sausage, real raw milk cheeses, and olive oil-based mayonnaise with a free-range egg. Artichoke dip is one of the healthiest dips in the world. Artichoke helps the gallbladder to produce bile needed to digest the butter, cheese and meat dishes that offend you. Milk has supported mankind since Adam and Eve left the garden to reproduce, following the instructions of God to eat of every moving thing.  A vegan diet produces very weak children.

Soy, of all foods in the world, is highest in phytoestrogens that brings imbalance of hormones to mankind.  Your guidance to have the public buy more non-fermented soy products is helping to increase estrogen in little girls and decrease testosterone in men and boys.  Seven-year-old girls on soy have breasts and are menstruating prematurely; men on soy or eating beef fed with soy have blooming breasts; and little boys have shrinking penises. Do you want to effeminate all men? Your advice is based on emotion, not on science.  Soy byproducts did not exist until the 1950’s with El Molina in California. In contrast,  history shows us that the first two settlements in the early colonial times died because they could not survive winter without the milk of the cow.  The third Dutch coloney succeeded because they thought to bring a cow.

As of March 2008, a petition was sent to the FDA to get soy off “the health food list.” This petition from the Weston A. Price Foundation in Washington, D.C., is one that we support with our dollars. If interested in knowing the truth about animal fats, please visit www.westonaprice.org. Know the health benefits of Vitamins A, D, E, F, K2 and B12 found in dairy and all animal fats before you mouth off your preferences.

Your extreme cruelty against mankind drives me to continue to fight against cruelty to animals with other animal organizations that come to my mailbox. Guiding people to eat non-fermented soy foods is so wrong.  As you desire to serve mankind as much as you do animals, please take soy off your shopping list and advise that fermented soy like miso or soy sauce be taken sparingly, as traditionally done by the Japanese. Tofu is a junk food.

Yours in a healthier world,
